I know this may sound silly but every time I hear this song I feel like a
Cartoon Character, I am so glad that I found this song & this group the
Foreign Exchange, every time I hear this song I feel Optimistic in heart &
soul, & by cartoon character a very silly wacky fun loving soul, in a very
good way.
@z00y0rk93 I hate to say this, but the cd is currently out of print. There
is a possibility that it will be released on The Foreign Exchange Music
label sometime this year or the following year. It’s out of print because
+FE isn’t signed to BBE (label which made this album) anymore. Get the
digital version for now at amazonmp3 or itunes, but get the extended
version.
the bing crosby sample makes me so happy… omg!
@toorawforu23 Well they came to birmingham and they left their mark. That
was my first concert and it was the greatest thing ever. Nicolay looked
like a huge ass yeti when he walked across the stage. And Phonte was
entertaining of course. He had us laughing every 5 seconds. I just wish Big
Pooh and Phonte were still cool though. Best 20 bucks ever spent!!
chorus isnt wack at all bro
This group’s music just gives me a vision of being in New York in the Mid
80s when Hip-Hop was good. These guys, Talib Kweli and a few others are
still staying true to what they put out. I love it
this beat always makes me think of something real whimsical like the wizard
of oz er something lol. it’s my theme song! gets me up and moving ♥♥
@toorawforu23 oh yea the’re gonna be here in atlanta on wednesday & i will
be in the building chillin….
Hip-hop Eternalist.
This is really good im so glad im from North Carolina.
Shout out to Nicolay!!!! It’s really a sad thing that not many people know
this dude in The Netherlands (where he originally comes from)
Dark, gloomy, cool, damp and raining. Very appropriate for the moment! Very
nice cut.
Listen to the Rain – Foreign Exchange…
“Oh a storm is coming down outside
And I’m lost inside this pain
Gonna lay my troubles to the side
And just listen to the rain”
#musicismytherapist
<3
Watching my kids play as I listen to this. Man, it just feels good! Love
these guys…
It would be so dope if Phonte could rap on this
So appropriate….thinking bout grandma.
My current theme song.
Thanks for this song, and it’s beautiful soft and sweet, honored to listen
to this. soft beats with that perfect line of rhythm needs to be longer.
outstanding song!! if it would be longer, it would be flawless!
I LOVE THIS SONG !!
I soo want to go see them at the Howard Theater when they come to DC! Who’s
with me?
It’s raining right now….so appropriate
So beautiful I love this
I second that, this is everything to me right now too been like this for
nearly a whole year, we will get through it.
“Oh The Storm Is Coming Down Outside…and I’m Lost Inside This Pain. Gonna
Lay My Troubles To The Side….and just listen to the Rain.” Lyrical
Genius…..this song makes me cry…
I just this song was little bit longer. Specialty when beat drop, and also I
hope phonte will do rap remix with song. Real Talk.
