Rebuilt Transmissions by Ford, Chevy, Dodge and Jeep Lowered in Price at RebuiltTransmissionsforSale.com

Charlotte, North Carolina (PRWEB) July 06, 2012

Rebuilt transmissions or used transmissions are the two most popular choices for transmissions that are selected as a lower priced replacement. The cost of a new transmission could be out of the financial reach of the average person that is without any type of automobile insurance coverage. One transmission retailer online is now making these auto parts more affordable for businesses and individual buyers. http://www.rebuilttransmissionsforsale.com has now lowered its pricing for a Ford, Chevy, Dodge or Jeep transmission sold from its website. This new price change is designed to help small businesses like salvage yards or junkyards that prefer to buy these auto parts in multiple quantities to maintain adequate inventory levels. The new lower pricing is expected to remain in effect permanently through the close of 2012.

The development of the automatic transmission changed the way that vehicles were built forever. Ford and Chevy’s introduction of the electronic transmission control components in the late 1980s helped forge new ground for the way that shifting was controlled. Many of the classic chains and gears were removed and replaced with electromechanical parts. This manufacturing innovation continues to this day and every major U.S. automaker has transmission plants or participates in outsourcing transmission building to low wage countries.

“Our inventory includes manual, automatic, electronic shift technologies and improved torque converter transmissions,” said Grayson Miller, Warehouse Supervisor for RebuiltTransmissionsforSale.com. “Over 70 percent of our business is to the salvage or junkyard industries to help keep used cars and trucks on the road for longer periods of time,” Miller added.

A driver that owns a brand new vehicle likely has transmission coverage that is included in a standard power train warranty. The delicate nature of transmission gears and electronics is one reason that automakers extend coverage to help protect against sudden failure. A person that owns a used or newer preowned vehicle might find that the price of a transmission replacement can cost more than the actual value of the vehicle.

From new parts to mechanic installation, replacing or swapping out gearboxes and electronics can become expensive. The rebuilt transmissions that are now priced lower at http://www.rebuilttransmissionsforsale.com/blog can be one alternative that a body shop, mechanic or average driver can use in an effort to keep replacement costs as low as possible.

A tireless group of company employees and an experienced staff of mechanics help to contribute to the success of this transmission leader on the Internet. The growing trend of buyers demanding rebuilt over used transmissions is giving RebuiltTransmissionsforSale.com a boost in annual e-commerce sales for the 2012 fiscal year.

Gateway Title Unveils Online Resource for Realtors and Lenders with Debut of New Website

Gateway Title Services LLC

Nashville, Tenn. (PRWEB) July 06, 2012

As the Middle Tennessee real estate market showed signs of improvement, Gateway Title recognized the need to provide a more visible resource for local financial lending institutions, realtors and others involved in the settlement process. In response to that need the Murfreesboro title company partnered with Nashville web development firm, Horton Group, to launch their new website. The home buying market has suffered over the past few years. A few main keys to success as the real estate and title industries recover include demonstrating a willingness to deliver personable and professional service to all parties involved in a real estate transaction, while furthering the education of home buyers and sellers. Gateway Title hopes to fulfill that goal and become a more visible part of the home buying experience for lenders, realtors and future homeowners with the launch of their new website.

Gateway Title President and attorney Glenn Macbeth sees the website as an integral part of the company’s marketing plan and critical to the company’s continued growth. “With signs of recovery in the local real estate market, the time seemed right to launch a website that can reinforce the services we offer, and underscore the experience of our staff, with realtors, financial institutions and consumers,” says Macbeth.

The Gateway Title website has been designed so anyone involved in the settlement can easily access information about the closing process and contact members of the Gateway staff with questions or concerns. Visitors can do this directly through the website by quickly filling out an online form or accessing a library of educational and referential tools through their Resources section. The closing is usually viewed as the most important part of the home buying process. With their new website Gateway will be able to facilitate communication with the title company and assure that everyone knows what to expect when they come to the closing table.

Eventually Gateway Title will be adding links to their social media profiles which will allow them to better connect with the expansive online realtor community. The company also used development of the website as an opportunity to provide online order entry functionality for the title services it offers to financial institutions, a growing segment of Gateway Title’s business.

Smith & Associates Gains Local and Industry Recognition

HOUSTON, TX (PRWEB) June 29, 2012

Smith & Associates, the industry leader in global electronics distribution, was recently named to the Houston Chronicle’s listing (i) of Houston’s largest private companies, released June 24. This recognition is the latest in a string of recent news coverage Smith has gained in both community and industry-wide publications.

The Chronicle’s listing, which recognizes Houston’s largest private companies, ranks 93 noteworthy and strong Houston businesses, detailing the type of business, 2011 revenue, total employees, number of Houston-area employees, year founded, and top executive of each ranking company. Out of 93, Smith is securely-situated on this list as the 27th-largest Houston company. With a 2011 revenue of $ 513 million, 350 employees worldwide (185 of these from the Houston-area), and 28 years in business since its 1984 establishment, Smith holds a significant place among the businesses in its community.

This recognition comes a month after the release of Global Purchasing’s “Top 50 Electronics Distributors 2012” announcement (ii), which provides “a comprehensive list of the largest electronic components distributors doing business in North America.” The article introduces Smith as “new to [Global Purchasing’s] top 10 this year […] coming in at number 10,” in a list that comprises both franchised and independent distributors (Kickham).

A May 7th listing (iii) released by EE Times/EBN, “Top Independent Distributors” (p. S24), provides further focused industry recognition: this alphabetical listing highlights the industry’s 32 leading independent distributors. As the top independent distributor of semiconductors and electronic components, Smith is listed alongside other companies distinguished in the field.

“We’re pleased to be recognized among other significant companies in our community and industry,” said Marc Barnhill, Smith’s Chief Trading Officer. “In a city as major and economically-bustling as Houston, it’s an honor to be recognized as one of the top players, and even more of an honor to be regarded as a vital part of our international industry.
