Andrew Silberman is President of the Tokyo based AMT Group, a management coaching organization he founded in 1992, and a graduate of the Monterey Institute’s Fisher International MBA program. I am only an English techer at school. I would like to cooperate with some one who lives and works in foreign countries.
You can really tell he’s excited about what he does. And he has a REALLY good point in the beginning, it’s important to decide whether you want to be at that high, high level in Japanese that will create your career. I think he could of pointed out though that there’s a point where if you have “some” Japanese (which usually translates to cultural awareness) you can use it more as a supplement for what you want to do there.
